Banking and freezing cycles for 8-10 embryos to biopsy and send for PGS testing

Lupron Protocol 

July 12, 2015 - Started BCP

July 28, 2015 - Began Lupron 10 units nightly

August 7, 2015 - Baseline - AFC 17

Day 1 (8/10) - Began stims (225 iu Follistim in AM & 125 iu Follistim in PM with 5 units of Lupron)

Day 2 - 225 iu Follistim in AM, 125 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 3 - 225 iu Follistim in AM, 125 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 4 - 225 iu Follistim in AM, 125 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 5 - Monitoring Appointment - I have a couple of measuable follicles. I am responding, and doesnt look like I am oversupressed (biggest fear) 225 iu Follistim in AM, 125 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 6 - 225 iu Follistim in AM, 125 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 7 - 225 iu Follistim in AM, 15 iu Follistim in PM and 5 unints of Lupron.  Feeling more and more blah and full. EWCM

Day 8 - Monitoring Appointment - My left ovary isn't being camera shy this cycle and things are going smoothly.  I have a few follicles at 15. 225 iu Follistim in AM.  Meds decreased to 75iu of Follistim tonight with 5 units of Lupron and 300iu total tomorrow.

Day 9 - 150 iu Follistim in AM, 150 iu Follistim in PM and 5 units of Lupron

Day 10 - Monitoring Appointment - Keep on chugging follicles!  No PM Follistim dose just 5 units of Lupron

Day 11 - Monitoring Appointment - 150 iu Follistim in AM and 75 iu Follistim in PM along with 5 units of Lupron

Day 12 - Trigger shot @ 8pm

Day 14 - 22 eggs retrieved

Day 15 - 10 eggs fertilized

Final Result - 0 made it to blast
