October 2014 - Start Trying

December 2014 - + pregnancy test

February 2015 - Missed Miscarriage/Emergency D&C due to blood loss from hemorrhaging

March 10, 2015 - Chromosomal Results - Trisomy 13 due to Robertsonian Translocation 13;14

March 13, 2015 - Received RPL results - + for Thrombophilia (Compound Heterozygous MTHFR C677T & A1298C and PAI-1) Husband's SA and SF test came back STELLAR

March 27, 2015 - Decide to move forward with IVF/PGS - Awaiting our karyotype results

April 1, 2015 - Saline Sonohysterography - HEALTHY UTERUS

April 8, 2015 - My Karyotype 46,XX - normal

April 20, 2015 - Husband Karyotype 46,XY - normal

April 23, 2015 - Antra Follicle Ultrasound and began BC

May 2, 2015 - Started Acupuncture to support IVF cycle

May 6, 2015 - Hematologist Appointment

May 12, 2015 - Homocysteine level - normal at a 6.8 & negative for Lupus Anticoagulant

May 27, 2015 - Egg retrieval #1 - 16 eggs retrieved

May 28, 2015 - 13 fertilized

June 1, 2015 - 4 blasts biopsied and frozen

August 22, 2015 - Egg retrieval #2 - 22 eggs retrieved

August 23, 2015 - 10 fertilized

August 28, 2015 - 0 blasts biopsied and frozen

October 15, 2015 - BW because of late AF - Negative HCG & Positive Ovulation

October 16, 2015 - Begin Provera to induce AF

October 25, 2015 - Day 1 has finally arrived!

November 27, 2015 - Egg Retrieval #2 - 20 eggs retrieved

November 28, 2015 - 18 fertilized

December 2, 2015 - 11 blasts frozen and biopsied

December 7, 2015 - 10 biopsies sent for PGS testing by RGI

December 17, 2015 - Dr. Kwak-Kim appointment regarding MTHFR and PAI-1 - findings 

December 18, 2015 - Start Metformin for PAI mutation

December 31, 2015 - 9 euploid embryos!

January 7, 2016 -  Dr. KK's findings:  Elevated NKC Activity/Normal NKC Number, Elevated EOSIN % at 6.5. Increased PAI level, Increased homocysteine,

January 21, 2016 - Normal NKC Activity at 6.1% and EOSIN% at 3.5 according to RE's tests

February 1, 2016 - Mock transfer for this retroverted uterus of mine

February 18, 2016 - Start BCP for FET

March 30, 2016 - FET date

April 6, 2016 - Positive beta of 267 (9dp5dt) - we are pregnant!

April 11, 2016 - Beta of 808

April 22, 2016 - Beta of 1839

April 25, 2016 - We have a heartbeat <3

December 2, 2016 - Lucia Maria born at 10:50 PM (7lb 6oz / 20 in) via non-emergency unscheduled c-section after 3 days of inducted labor due to pregnancy hypertension

November 1, 2017 - Surprise-ish positive pregnancy test due 7/9
