Day 1 (11/16) - Baseline AFC 17 - Begin stims 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
Day 2 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM (AF)
Day 3 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM (AF)
Day 4 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM (AF) Feeling some pings!
Day 5 - Monitoring Appointment - follicles are growing at the same speed; no med change and I actually lost 2.5 lbs in the last week! 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
Day 6 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
Day 7 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
Day 8 - Monitoring Appointment - follicles are chugging along. most likely retrieval Friday. 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
Day 9 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM - Feeling ridiculously full.
Day 10 - 150 units of Follistim in AM & PM/37.5 units of Menopur & 5 units of Lupron in AM
TRIGGER @ 10:30 PM
Day 12 - 20 eggs retrieved
Day 13 - 18 eggs fertilized!
Final Result - 11 blasts frozen and biopsied / Sent 11 biopsies for PGS testing
9 euploid embryos!
